After years of corporate pressure, divorce, anxiety, and depression led to a midlife crisis, I found yoga. During a hot Vinyasa class, overwhelmed, I dropped into Child’s Pose and surrendered. In that stillness, I confronted suppressed emotions—blame, shame, grief—and cried until nothing was left. I returned the next day, and through breath, movement, and tears, my pain transformed. Yoga didn’t just save my life; it allowed me to heal and foster a loving relationship with myself after decades of self-abandonment.
I created High Frequency Yoga™ to help modern women reconnect with ancient wisdom, energy healing, and somatic liberation. This practice blends movement, breath, emotional release, and energetic recalibration to transmute pain and suffering—often disguised as stress, burnout, and perfectionism—into vitality, joy, and soul purpose.
